He went on to serve in executive positions at TalentWise, where his leadership helped transform the organization into one of the largest HCM screening providers before its acquisition by Sterling, and at GoodHire, where he drove record-breaking sales and operational efficiency, contributing to the company's position as an industry leader and eventual acquisition by Checkr.

Joe has also excelled in senior roles at Global HR Research, where he led enterprise sales efforts and helped achieve exponential growth, and at other HRTech and InsurTech companies where he has been instrumental in designing innovative solutions and fostering strong client relationships. His career highlights include closing multimillion-dollar enterprise contracts, developing strategic sales teams, and implementing go-to-market strategies that deliver consistent year-over-year growth.
