What exactly is the Net Promoter Score?
How is calculated? Customers rate their likelihood to recommend a company or brand on a scale of 0-10. Scores are then divided into promoters (9-10), passives (7-8), and detractors (0-6). The final NPS score is calculated by subtracting the percentage of detractors from the percentage of promoters. A positive score indicates more promoters, while a negative score indicates more detractors.
